He did everything he could to make the experience pleasant from start to finish - even when there was a bit of a wait to meet with the finance person. When we took delivery of the car he was there to make sure it met our expectations and to again make sure we didn't have questions. After the sale, he followed up to make sure everything was okay with the car and to see if we had questions at that time. We have also had the first service on one of the cars and it was a great experience - easy, very professional, friendly service staff, on time and quick! Even the service waiting area is set up to make the customer as comfortable as possible, paying attention to varying needs (a quiet work area, drinks, tv area and kid friendly).
