Hi there, and thank you for the honest feedback. While we understand where some of this frustration comes from, we also were unaware of the unhappiness about the specific car that had been selected. During your visit, it had appeared that you were content with this vehicle. We thought this so strongly that we held it on the lot for two days for you after being told you would be back to finalize the purchase. After a missed second appointment, we were informed that you wanted to wait a few more months before any decisions - not that the vehicle was something you did not like. With the proper information, we would have done what we could to find a vehicle better suited to you and your needs. Lastly, while frustrating, a hard pull on credit is required during the purchase of a vehicle. We know the impact hard pulls can have on credit temporarily, and we would not have done so if we weren't confident in your intention to make a purchase with us. We apologize for the miscommunications, and will review with our staff.
