Had my vehicle AC repaired. Nine days later the AC broke again. Had to wait two weeks before they could look at it again. Asked the service advisor about paying multiple deducti Nine days later the AC broke again. Had to wait two weeks before they could look at it again. Asked the service advisor about paying multiple deductibles for the same repair. His became so rude and unprofessional. It’s a different part this time so you will pay another deductible. So you can pay and have it fixed or pay a diagnostic fee. I tried to ask multiple questions about the repair he wasn’t willing to listen to anything I had to say. I have purchased many cars and referred family, friends, my job and coworkers to Bradshaw. Everyone I referred has also bought a vehicle from there. Always felt like extended family there. You have lost a lifetime customer! More
