Asked the service advisor about paying multiple deductibles for the same repair. His became so rude and unprofessional. It’s a different part this time so you will pay another deductible. So you can pay and have it fixed or pay a diagnostic fee. I tried to ask multiple questions about the repair he wasn’t willing to listen to anything I had to say. I have purchased many cars and referred family, friends, my job and coworkers to Bradshaw. Everyone I referred has also bought a vehicle from there. Always felt like extended family there. You have lost a lifetime customer! More
