I brought my 2018 suburban premier in for routine maintenance. Spent $2000 on brakes and fluids and filters. After I drove it away from the dealership a mile all my lights went on and a fuel injector maintenance. Spent $2000 on brakes and fluids and filters. After I drove it away from the dealership a mile all my lights went on and a fuel injector went bad. Ended up paying 2000 more dollars and had to fight for them to give me a discount on something they caused. So unhappy with them. More

The dealership used to be really friendly. You car used to be brought over to you pulled over and now you have to go out and look for it. It was a more personalized experience. Shifter Cable replacement was good, except the interior had blackened grease all over the steering wheel, carpet, seats. Large scuffs and scratches on the Console , paint scratched in the door well. They b had blackened grease all over the steering wheel, carpet, seats. Large scuffs and scratches on the Console , paint scratched in the door well. They broke the shifter pointer without telling me after the 1st service. The pointer was replaced at Bradshaws expense - improperly replaced. I left the car there again and asked the Advisor to please clean up the grease on the interior. Since this took a 2nd visit, They tried to make nice with a loaner car. After the new shift indicator was replaced, I was presented the car with all the grease still there and the indicator is crooked. The service advisor treated me like I Bothered him. He was busy, speaking to another customer and coworkers and barely acknowledged my presence. Walked me to the help desk, turned and walked away. I was not welcome. He did take the time to show me some surface rust on the emergency brake lever. Thanks. Bradshaw Chevy Service? - Never again. More
