The Bradshaw Service Team is always efficient and kind. They do what they can to TRY to make the shock of high dealer prices a bit easier. They have "extras" that truly qualify as "customer service". Such as: - Shuttle service to home, if your service will last several hours. - My car was there 6 days, so they offered me a rental car, at no cost to me. - The lobby has morning coffee/drinks and pastries, TV and comfortable seating, while you wait. The only reason I rated 4 out of 5 is because I hate paying dealer prices. BUT, I always FEEL better when Bradshaw services my vehicle. I know it's done right and they guarantee their work. So, thank you Chris and Bradshaw. More

exceptional customer service. Zac and the gang have it going on. I was there for an oil change and they advised my wipers were rough, I don't drive this car every day so I didn't know.
