First: Thank you Jenny Jo at Glenn Polk Chevrolet! After going to 7 dealerships from Frisco to Denton, we felt frustrated and had few prospects. Other dealership sales people were all about pushing After going to 7 dealerships from Frisco to Denton, we felt frustrated and had few prospects. Other dealership sales people were all about pushing cars we didn't want, and were eager to get us in the building to start working me. One dealership was so disinterested, we were walking the lot for 45 minutes and nobody came out of the building to see if we needed help. It was getting late, and my wife saw there was a dealership in Sanger. I thought 'why not, we were already in Denton'. We arrived at Glenn Polk Chevrolet after 4pm. Within five minutes, Jenny Jo met us on the lot. She spoke to us as people and not a target. She also knew about the features and pricing of the cars on the lot. (None of the other dealerships came close.) We found a car we wanted, and being the 'numbers-guy', I was all set to start negotiating. But; As we were walking to the office, Jenny Jo told us about the incentives. The price was now only $31 more than I was going for. Since I looked at so many cars, and three other dealerships with a model we liked, the Chevy Trax, I knew the car and options pricing. Could I have tried to squeeze a few more $$$ out of them, probably. However; there is allot to be said about the experience. The process was clean, clear, and professional with a family feel. Jenny Jo was their representative, but the support behind her seemed to make her job easy. Very happy! I'll be going back again! More
