On October 16, 2012, I was involved in a serious accident that totaled my Impala. My Impala was purchased here at Jennings from Chris Hallenberg. I called Chris and explained my problem and that I was recove that totaled my Impala. My Impala was purchased here at Jennings from Chris Hallenberg. I called Chris and explained my problem and that I was recovering from my accident and had recently lost my husband to Pancreatic Cancer. Chris was very kind, he spent hours over the phone and internet getting the exact 2012 Equinox I requested, he even had it brought from upper Wisconsin to Jennings. Chris worked with my rehab schedule and even called me from his home on his day off to arrange a time to see the Equinox and complete our deal. Chris listened to my safety concerns and spent time explaining my Equinox from bumper to bumper with me. Everything I requested was completed such as undercoating, treating the interior down to having my new license plates installed. I was impressed with the amazing service from everyone I came in contact with at the dealership.
