We placed a deposit on a car that we were very interested in and waited less than the expected time for its arrival. We went and did a test drive and there was no pressure or sleezy salesman. We bought the car and the entire process was quick and easy, unlike others we’ve had in the past at other dealers. Luke was fabulous and he spent ALOT of time with me in the car showing me how everything worked. That was a huge help. He took the unpleasant stress out of buying a car and I highly recommend you ask for Luke. He seems to genuinely care about his client. More

We’ve been dealing with this dealership and driving Toyotas many satisfied years (47). Last weekend we were ready to part ways with our 17 year old Corolla. Darrin got us in to our 2021 Corolla that Toyotas many satisfied years (47). Last weekend we were ready to part ways with our 17 year old Corolla. Josh has been my salesman for two vehicle purchases now, and I couldn’t be more happy with the service he has provided me with either one. The first was during awkward covid times, and I was in and out. The and I couldn’t be more happy with the service he has provided me with either one. The first was during awkward covid times, and I was in and out. The most recent we had been working in for months after he reached out to me to encourage me to order a vehicle in advance of my lease term being up. I wanted to get into a Tacoma and so we started looking at options and payments and incentives. I want to say that we had worked on this for months. Wanting to wait until closer to the end of my lease. He worked really hard to get me into the truck I wanted for a payment I wanted. We made sure it had all of the extras I wanted, and was equipped for winter! I made the trip from two hours away with two young kids in tow and everyone at white river Toyota made the experience there smooth, simple and fast! They had all of the paperwork ready, we just took it for a test drive, then came back and signed. Josh went above and beyond helping to explain all of the features and how everything worked in the truck. He took the time to make sure I knew exactly what each button was for. Another gentleman in the dealership came over while we were waiting to check on the kids and I. And he was very kind and complimented me on my care I took with my trade in. He said they were very pleased with the condition as it was in excellent shape. It was nice to have him take the time to acknowledge us for something so simple. Nate Ryll was great with the finance side of things, making sure everything was done and ready for us to just sign and drive. He wasn’t there the day I picked it up, so the other finance gentleman stood in for him. He was great too going over everything, all of the sign here’s. And reassuring the kids it wouldn’t take very long as they asked “are we going to be here all day?!” Haha. The service department was great in squeezing in the tire swap to get my winter tires put on for the white knuckle drive home in the rain and snow storm! This team at White River Toyota is top notch! More

Wow! I still can't believe that I am now an official hybrid owner!! Huge shoutouts to Lincoln Newton and Chris Hatch at White River Toyota. A number o I still can't believe that I am now an official hybrid owner!! Huge shoutouts to Lincoln Newton and Chris Hatch at White River Toyota. A number of years ago, when I bought my 2018 Highlander at Heritage Toyota, I also looked at Rav4s. Back then, there was a huge difference between the two, so I opted for the Highlander. Fast forward a few years, I received requests to trade in my Highlander because they were looking for used cars. Due to the economy, used cars were in very short supply. For fun (?), I went to the dealership to see if somehow they would trade in my Highlander for a Rav4 Hybrid. Fat chance…but I gave it a shot. The rest is history. First of all, when I met with and went for a test drive with Lincoln, I was amazed. Apparently, Toyota upgraded the Rav4 after my previous test drive in 2018. We then casually chatted about the possibility of making my dream of owning a hybrid a reality, without any pressure whatsoever. Lincoln was both calm and patient throughout the entire process. If he didn't know an answer, he took the time to find it out. He even won over my trust and confidence that he would make this happen…and he did. I put my name on a waiting list…and waited. Over the next six months, Lincoln followed up with frequent emails. He actually found a white car with a weather package but without a convenience package (an unusual combination), which was my number one choice. Perfect timing, too! The car arrived the first day of my vacation. Not only was Lincoln the perfect salesman, the financial manager, Chris, was super helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Did I mention that the Service Department is also awesome? From making appointments to having work completed, they are respectful, responsible, patient and polite. Prior to my Highlander, I was a Honda-owner. Toyota, you have won me over…from your sales department to your service department, you make car ownership both manageable and fun. Thank you!! More
