Marty and I had communicated in the weeks leading up to my purchase and with the help of WRT's website we'd pretty much already identified the car I was interested in. Quick text drive, negotiation and signing all of the necessary paperwork took under two hours. In fact the delay (if you want to call it that) was attempting to get my license plate off the car. I'd attached it in 2007 and the bolts hadn't been touched since. With COVID restrictions we did everything under a tent in the parking lot, which in the deluge of rain that occurred the entire time made the experience even more memorable. More

I am pleased that the team pulled through all the COVID-19 barriers to assist me a This is the fourth Toyota that I have leased at White River Toyota. I am pleased that the team pulled through all the COVID-19 barriers to assist me and assure my customer satisfaction. I am very happy with my 2020 Corolla. It has great acceleration and super horsepower! The guys just need to spell my name correctly and get the right social security number on my credit application. Additionally, I hope that the quality assurance of the maintenance service performed and required on my car will assure that it safely passes VT state inspection and that the Toyota I am leasing at White River Toyota will have a legal state inspection sticker on it for the duration of the lease. I appreciate a heads up on a current inspection sticker and rotation of my tires. I truly appreciate Zachary's Robert's footwork and the honest communication of the whole team working together to deliver a new Toyota in spite of a few obstacles! Thank you! More

Luckily they had another truck we thought would be worth seeing despite much more money than we were prepared to spend. So we drove up and really liked the car. So we bought it and we're really pleased. Kasia and Chris couldn't have been nicer and for various reasons they both assured us that we would not have been happy with the one we had originally wanted to see, so all is well. Having done extensive studying on line before contacting White River Toyota, we know we would have got a better deal elsewhere, but we are really happy with this gorgeous truck and feel confident that it will do well for us. Being committed Toyota drivers, we are really glad to have found this nice dealer and were so happy to be able to do business in Vermont and not Mass which is where there were others. More
