Polished professionals who communicate well, and deliver on time and as promised are details that matter. The video diagnostic is a huge value add and the talk thru with the walk thru is critical. Sorry I do not have recommendations for how you can improve on anything because it’s quite clear and evident that whatever it is you’re doing there, you continue to nail it each and every time. Perfect service except that my service advisor went to lunch and my keys and papers to my completed car were on the counter, no notification, so I sat around the waiting room awhile extra until I happened lunch and my keys and papers to my completed car were on the counter, no notification, so I sat around the waiting room awhile extra until I happened to look out the window and notice my car in the lot.
