Once again Lundgren Subaru service outperformed. Meeting expectations is a given but going above and beyond is what makes your service team special. I have owned 5 Subarus over the years so I’m a bi Meeting expectations is a given but going above and beyond is what makes your service team special. I have owned 5 Subarus over the years so I’m a big fan. But it’s the service that is as important a reason why I am such a loyal customer. Polished professionals who communicate well, and deliver on time and as promised are details that matter. The video diagnostic is a huge value add and the talk thru with the walk thru is critical. Sorry I do not have recommendations for how you can improve on anything because it’s quite clear and evident that whatever it is you’re doing there, you continue to nail it each and every time.
