Chris has been with Oakley Auto World since 1998 and stepped into the role of Business Manager over 16 years ago. He is responsible for compliance and maintaining strong relationships with our lenders. Chris does a great job serving us and our customers with continued education in the areas of finance and service agreement options. Chris grew up in the area and has been married to his wife Jennifer for over 19 years and they have 2 sons. When not at work he can surely be found on the basketball court with his boys or tournament fishing.

Harlan was great to work with, not pushy, but helpful and knowledgeable. He did a great job of working with me through the process. I was somewhat disappointed in the dealership when they informed me that knowledgeable. He did a great job of working with me through the process. I was somewhat disappointed in the dealership when they informed me that my backup camera and turn signal light were not covered under my warranty, when we knew that the signal light was out on the day I purchased the vehicle, and the backup camera stopped working on the evening that I purchased the vehicle. I’ve already ordered the replacement camera $69.00 on Amazon and I’ll just dig in and figure out the intermittent turn signal problem. All in all a good overall experience, but if you’re buying a vehicle here, get an agreement as to what they are going to fix and I’d get it in writing. More
