Unfortunately I was in a wreck on Jan 13 that resulted in my car being totaled. I desperately looked for cars for weeks, in town and out of town. I found a beautiful 2007 Honda Civic Si at this dealership th my car being totaled. I desperately looked for cars for weeks, in town and out of town. I found a beautiful 2007 Honda Civic Si at this dealership that I absolutely loved. It had all the features I wanted, good miles, and a price I could not refuse. I have NEVER financed a vehicle before I came to this dealership, so as you can imagine, my 24 year old self was very nervous. Chris Jensen and Robert Shaw took very good care of me. They helped me finance my car without any hassle. The entire experience of buying my car from this lot was amazing. They made me feel like they really cared and wanted me to drive away in this car. And that I did. I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE. The customer service I received was outstanding and I'd come back and buy another vehicle from them. Thank you guys so much for making this experience a lot easier than what I expected, and I love my Honda! Thanks again gentlemen! :) More

This was my first big purchase. I truly appreciate the fact that Mr. Jensen was so knowledgeable of the Toyota I purchased and others that I looked at while at the dealership. He was very patient with me fact that Mr. Jensen was so knowledgeable of the Toyota I purchased and others that I looked at while at the dealership. He was very patient with me as this was all new to me and he did not have a problem explaining things to me that I didn't quite understand about my purchase. I wanted to get my mom's approval before signing the contract and Mr. Jensen was just as patient with her and answered all of the questions and concerns she had about my purchase as well. While waiting, he made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed (i.e., water, bathroom, snack bar). Mr. Jensen contacted me at my home to tell me that I was approved for the car and he did not continually harass me, (as I'm told that some car salesmen will do). He made sure that all paperwork needed by the dealership was supplied by me by contacting me early on and also by telling me in person. Everything Mr. Jensen did made my transaction so much easier to complete and it only took 2 hours--which was very impressive. I went in to see him at 5:30 p.m. and I left, driving my new car at 7:35 p.m. I was very pleased with the entire transaction and will gladly recommend Mr. Jensen and the Crown Kia family of car salesmen to my family and friends. More
