I believe when you check in the representative should become familiar with your record to have some insight. This is twice I have had a diagnostic check in the past 2 to 3 months and for nothing to be fo become familiar with your record to have some insight. This is twice I have had a diagnostic check in the past 2 to 3 months and for nothing to be found or it is said. I feel like I am paying for unprofessional problem solving. I was told I needed an oil change after my car just had one. So he went back to verify I did. Previous time, I was in they said my car burning more oil than it should be and that they would check on the next visit. So, to be told this time I needed an oil changed appears there is a problem but not being addressed. When I picked up my vehicle I was told the oil was topped off. Ii was charged for a pulley repair due to the squeaky sound along with 2 filters. My car as of today still has a squeaky issue and a very strong acidic smell remained. I feel like am being giving the run around and being charged for random work. Furthermore, improvement is needed with customer value and care and service, as well as customer retention. Holding integrity and being transparent should be a must. More
