My experience with Kia of Cape Coral was great! I had been looking for the vehicle I wanted for a couple of weeks and was getting close but not close enough. Dealers were not meeting my needs. I would tell them my deal breakers and they would provide something else. With Kia, I spoke over the phone one time, received two emails and then went to pick up my vehicle. I was at the dealership for about 2 hours from start to finish. The Jeremiah and Chris team was great!! I love my new ride 🧡. More

We came in and purchased a truck. Spent 2 1/2 hours there and then told was approved signed documents and went about our way. A few weeks go by and we are told that capital needs documents. After giving documents they told us everything was fine again. Capital then pulled my credit again which I was not told was going to happen and then a few days went by and we were told we needed more documents again. We returned the truck. However why would you go about a tactic way to see if we can eventually get approved if we are not approved. I work for a bank I know how the lending works. You know if we would be approved or not that same day. Instead you made us believe and signed all docs twice ran my credit twice that dinged me big time all for us to return the truck. That's very poor on the finance part. We were also told it was not there fault that it was ours. Chris however whom originally helped was great. The finance people are not. More
