My wife that is disabled and cant ride long distances said she will deal with the pain because the price was good. We got to the dealership to pay on the agreed price full internet price with fees. Got the paperwork and kia of Cape Coral and they added thousands of dollars and fake items wheel lock and window tint check yelp 100s people will back this. They told us they could sell us the car after a 2.5 hour drive and they need to male thousands more. Slime ball dealership. Do not going no matter what they say. We waste a whole Sunday. More

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. First, I was shown one price for the vehicle, but when it came time to sign the paperwork, the price had changed. By that point, I had already spent hours at the dealership and felt pressured into moving forward. I should have paid closer attention, but I also expected transparency throughout the process. Second, I was promised window tint as part of the deal, yet I later discovered that approximately $1,200 for the tint was added to my loan. Since then, I have reached out multiple times to the two employees who handled my purchase, and neither has responded to my messages. Communication after the sale has been nonexistent, and I feel like my concerns have been ignored. I expected honesty, follow-through, and better customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling misled and unsupported. I hope the dealership takes this review seriously and reaches out to resolve these issues. More

I got helped by Tyler and Both Chris’s and they were all so helpful and patient with me because I wanted to look at a few different vehicles and through the whole process. I had recall work and an oil change done. They did a great job and let me know about some other parts that would need service or replacement soon. Didn't pressure me to do those items that day but advised that they would need to be addressed. Kia on the other hand scores low, maybe a 1 or 2. One of the recalled items was the front headlights. Only one failed so they only replaced one. Now the old one looks really bad and the whole car looks crappy! Also if the other one fails in the future its on me to replace - that sucks! More
