Chris has worked in the automotive business since December 1989 and started with Koons in April 2008. Working with our guests and his staff is what he likes most about his position at Koons Arlington Toyota. Also, meeting many different types of people as we help them to get happily involved with our products and services. Chris thinks of his staff like family. He is constantly challenging the sales staff to be the best they can be. He wants them to deliver an exceptional experience to every client they touch. When away from the dealership, it's all about family! With a wife and four kids, there is always something to do. There are a variety of sports and activities to keep them very busy. The opportunity at Koons allows him the flexibility to offer them a safe, wonderful environment to grow and learn.

I had an excellent experience with Koons Arlington Toyota. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the general sales manager, Chris Kronzer who introduced my family and I to Ermek Karachev, the sales r Toyota. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the general sales manager, Chris Kronzer who introduced my family and I to Ermek Karachev, the sales representative. Ermek was an outstanding associate who took his time to explain everything to us. One thing I loved about Ermek was the fact that he actually explained the "true" meaning of leasing a car. After telling us about all the promotions he started asking us some questions as to where I will be driving the car, etc.. to help me get the most suitable car and once that was taken care of he asked me the cars that I wanted to look at. Furthermore, Ermek took me out and showed me all the cars that we had talked about while sitting inside and explained the differences within the cars. Once that was done we came back in and started talking about the financing options that I would be interested in. Once I decided the car I was going to purchase, Ermek was willing to negotiate the price with me because another dealership was offering the same car for a less amount. Ermek's, customer service did not end there; however, the next day he called me to make sure everything was perfectly fine and he actually did that for a couple of days. I can honestly say this is the only dealership where the customer service is beyond expected. Although Ermek stated that he has just started working at Koon's Toyota, it does not seems like it, he really knows how to take care of his customers and I will definently recommend this dealership to my family and friends and most of all tell them to speak to Ermek when they are making the purchase! More

I thought the service was outstanding. At first they were tentative about telling me too much about financing (i.e. interest rates) before showing me cars, but they quickly accomodated me when they saw were tentative about telling me too much about financing (i.e. interest rates) before showing me cars, but they quickly accomodated me when they saw that was important and the financing rep told me about rates for the car I was looking at. I think they were honest and fair and we bargained a bit on the price but they respected the notion that I would leave elsewhere to find a competitive price and in fact met the initial price I requested which I knew was a fair, though good, price. Buying the car was a big purchase and they made me feel it was the right one. They also guided me through other models I was considering. I honestly wasn't intending on buying a car for another week but Oscar made me feel like I was making the right decision and getting a price that was good for both of us and that the purchase was the right move. I would have perhaps liked to hear a little more about packages and features available. It was after I went home that I realized I wanted to add a Blue tooth which I did, along with the leather - I called and it was arranged, no problem. Diego was very fast with the turnaround and when I picked up the car he was thorough in demonstraing how to use the bluetooth. Even though I would have liked to learn more in some cases, to be honest, I was at the dealership for four hours and I think I learned the most important things to make a decision. Additionally they had lunch available for us which helped us cope with the stay. Even my three year old survived very well indeed. Richard was also very good with financing and explaining options. I was very pleased all around and would go back and recommend the dealership toother. More
