I have also like this dealership, but my most recent experience was terrible. There was zero respect for our time to sign the purchase agreement. We made an appointment for 4:30 and almost an hour lat experience was terrible. There was zero respect for our time to sign the purchase agreement. We made an appointment for 4:30 and almost an hour later we had not been called to signs the documents. I had been told it would take 46-60 minutes in total by a salesperson. When I complained to the GM, he told me it normally takes up to two hours. The dealer seems to want and not care if you wait, so long as they keep making sales, the customer's time appears to be unimportant. More
