Messed up licensing of our car. General manager would not return our call. Made sales manager deal with issue...he only wanted to talk and would not listen to our side of things. We were persuaded to use the GM financing even though we told him we had the cash to pay at that time. When the issue with title came up and we we said we were going to pay the loan off, all the guns came out saying Don't pay the loan off!!!!!!! We sent the check yesterday. Very stressful! More

I can't say enough about this professional, personable, and friendly dealership. When I drove up, I was greeted immediately by friendly staff who walked me to the person I was scheduled to meet with. I also noticed that the service center was quite nice and even had a Cafe! The salesperson I was scheduled to meet with, Michael Willand, was friendly and helpful, answering every question about the car and demonstrated all the features. He took extra time to ensure that I understood each feature that he demonstrated. He also understood that I wanted to visit a few other dealerships before making my decision. The salespeople at the other dealerships were not nearly as knowledgeable about the car as Michael. They also didn't make me feel "appreciated" which is so important for a woman shopping for a car. Later that day I went back to Liberty Buick to purchase my car. It was an easy and enjoyable process! I highly recommend this dealership! More
