We really came in to purchase a new Encore GX because we liked the size; a little bigger than the Encore. After being shown several that were on the lot, by Chris, decided the price was out of our price range. Then Chris took the time to show us a used Envision that happened to be the perfect vehicle for us! It is beautiful and we could'nt be happier. Chris was awesome to work with and went above & beyond to make sure we purchased the right right vehicle for us. Thank you, Roy & Joanne Kinkle More

Starter looking for a vehicle online since I don’t care so much for the normal dealer experience. Saw one, priced just under book and contacted the internet sales dept at liberty. No hidden fees, no back and forth with a sales manager etc. a quick easy deal with no b.s. thanks! More

This dealership needs to learn the meaning of GOOD customer When buying our 2020 Enclave we had to wait 90 plus minutes to meet with someone from their finance department to conclude our purchase. Seems they on When buying our 2020 Enclave we had to wait 90 plus minutes to meet with someone from their finance department to conclude our purchase. Seems they only had two people in the department that day. I was on the verge of cancelling the sale when we were finally introduced to a finance person. Then to add insult to this sale, a speaker grill on the drivers door was found to be damaged and Chris LeGere saw to it that a new one would be ordered. Two weeks later I received a phone call from Liberty telling me that the grill was in and she wanted to setup a date and time have the grill replaced in our car. I drove 100 plus miles to keep the appointment on the arranged date and time. Upon arrival at Liberty I was informed that the new grill was not there, in fact it was on back order. Needless to say I was not a happy camper having to drive 200 plus miles for nothing. I asked to speak with the General Manager about this situation and after waiting for the G. M. to appear I was in formed that there were no managers on site at the dealership that day. In other words, the worker bees were running the show I spite of the fact that they had made arrangements with me to have a replacement part installed but it was not at the dealership. I would have to say that Liberty Buick has major problems within their organization and that their management needs to address ALL of their short comings. In his defense, I will say that Chris LeGere is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. It is a shame that the rest of the Liberty organization is out of control, something their management needs to address. If you are considering a car purchase and want to have excellent service during and after the sale I would not recommend Liberty Buick based on our experiences. More

Chris LeGere found me the perfect SUV for my travel/golf comfort & worked within my budget. No up selling, no intimidating deadlines. He was genuine and relaxed. I always knew he had my best interest at h comfort & worked within my budget. No up selling, no intimidating deadlines. He was genuine and relaxed. I always knew he had my best interest at heart. I plan on returning for our next vehicle and will be sending friends & family to purchase with Chris. Liberty Buick Finance Department was just as amicable and their Service Department has been the outstanding in maintaining my three prior Buick’s. More

We had a great experience at Liberty Buick! Chris worked hard for us as did Tim. We have a great car now and it was all because of our experience. No pressure, relaxed.
