Costco Find; Jamal & Chris Close the Sale We decided we wanted to get a pre-owned Buick Envision with the Essence or higher package after deciding against the Buick Encore Essence which had sm We decided we wanted to get a pre-owned Buick Envision with the Essence or higher package after deciding against the Buick Encore Essence which had smaller interior dimension overall than our Kia Optima sedan. We had checked out options for new and pre-owned on the Costco website which is what led us to find the vehicle we bought. We had explored other vehicles and dealerships on the site, but decided that the mileage, year, and condition of the vehicle combined to make this a fair purchase for us. While GMC/Buick/Chevrolet have some nice rebate deals going on for brand new vehicles (and Costco kicks in a $700 gift card), we still believed pre-owned was in our best financial interest. We were not able able to locate an Envision from a private owner which would have meant a savings in sales tax, so this was our next best option. After registering on the Costco website late night on the 25th, Jamal King promptly emailed us very early (7:15 AM) the next morning. Jamal ended up busy with another customer, so he kindly referred us on to Chris LeGere who also was very prompt and thorough in his communication. Chris sent us a video of the vehicle prior to our arrival and had it ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Michael Ebert in Finance is about as friendly and kind as they come! He clearly has a "moral compass" that keeps him from wanting to rip anyone off! This vehicle was a rental in Orlando, FL for a year; we NEVER thought we'd buy a rental because people often don't take care of them with the care they do their own vehicle. We're hoping to enjoy this Buick Envision Essence for several years to come. More

Car of my Dreams I found my 2019 Buick LaCrosse on line and after speaking with Chris LeGere a deal was made. After a flight to Las Vegas with a lengthy layover (did not lose :-)) I made it to Phoenix where I was having trouble making an Uber connection. After several frustrating tries I called Chris and explained the trouble I was having and he sent a driver to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I met Chris and was united with my new Buick. What a pleasure doing business with all the folks at Liberty Buick. More
