Klaus is just the best service advisor He is always eager to help and speak in laymen’s language as to what is going on with my Toyota. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. It’s rare to find someon to help and speak in laymen’s language as to what is going on with my Toyota. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was taken care of right away once I had my appt. My rep was polite and I did not have a long wait to leave my car and get it back. No one was picking up the phone on my initial call to the dealer and I called when they were open, till on my 4th attempt that morning someone picked up and provided assistance More
