I bought a cpo Corolla hatchback 2021 from here. The car had a problem immediately after receiving it from the dealership. I brought it back right away for it to be fixed. It took them a week to look at it and they told me it was just the transmission fluids. That did not fix the problem but they pretended that it did. I attempted to call the used-car manager for two weeks straight during and after my car was in the shop and he refused to pick up my call or to call me back. I could not come in-person because I am from out of town. After retrieving my car, I had to bring it to Toyota of autonation in winter park where my vehicle is now being serviced. They seem to be helping me much better so far. A few notable employees helped me in this process such as Luis, Chris, and Luther. More

Service center failed to do a friendly service. Reaching through phone is like betting on luck. If you get them on the phone not friendly. Chris Leporte yelled at me once through the phone.
