Excellent drop in service experience. My battery needed replacement and there was a recall on my vehicle. My appt was at 715am. On a Wednesday morning about 10 service advisors at least 4 of them were free but had to wait for my advisor to take care of other ppl. Didnt get taken care of until about 7:35am. I service advisors at least 4 of them were free but had to wait for my advisor to take care of other ppl. Didnt get taken care of until about 7:35am. I told him I'd be waiting for the car. 2 hours later still waiting around I see my car has been sitting parked for at least 15 minutes with no call to let me know it was ready. If it wasn't for me going up to counter who knows how long I would've been sitting there. They need to be better with peoples time. More
