However, I tried to get in contact with the parts department 4 times earlier that day to get a quote on a part, and was service department was great! Recall notice for a 2012 Sienna fuel door Called Chris L. about 3 weeks ago set up an appointment for the replacement of the above. He would have to order the parts they should be ready to install by Friday No call waited until the following Monday, No body knew what I talking about. Asked to talk to the Service manager, No one took my call, and I spoke to a nice woman and told her what was going on and why i wanted to talk to the service manager.
