I normally have a great experience with the service department but not this time. I came in for an oil change and a nail in my tire. I was told after waiting over an hour that they cannot repair the department but not this time. I came in for an oil change and a nail in my tire. I was told after waiting over an hour that they cannot repair the tire because of the placement of the nail on the outside of the tire. It was not. It was in the middle of the tire and he said I would have to get a new tire but it was not in stock and would have to be ordered for next week and I would have to come back for that. Next he said my stabilizers were broke and leaking, whatever that means, and would need to be replaced. He quoted me a price and I said go ahead and do it and it would take another 2 hours. So I waited. He did offer a ride home but I decided to stay. One and a half hours later he approached and said they needed to order the part but when it arrived it was the right box but wrong part and I would have to leave it overnight. He did offer me a rental but I refused. He said it would be ready tomorrow morning. I called after 12 but it was still not ready. I was finally able to pick it up around 3. Very disappointing. If you are going to offer to fix the car you should make sure you have the parts in stock prior to taking it apart and leaving me without a car.. I now have to go get a new tire or see if I can have it repaired elsewhere. Not happy with this visit More
