I’ve been a customer for years and have always had good experiences. Unfortunately this experience was poor. The service rep called me after three hours of my car being dropped off to suggest additional experiences. Unfortunately this experience was poor. The service rep called me after three hours of my car being dropped off to suggest additional services. I then told him I would just do the oil change, even though I had just gotten one three months ago. He insisted it has been too long since my last change which was incorrect it turns out. Another two hours went by and I started calling to see if my car was ready, and I couldn’t get through to the service desk. I then got driven to the service area and began walking around the lot to see my car parked and finished. I went in and paid then drove off. Shortly after that I got a call from the rep saying he must have had the wrong phone number even though he had called me two hours ago. Very frustrating experience!!! More

Usually have my truck serviced at Deerfield Toyota. Al Hendrickson did the work I asked for and while quick I was unimpressed with the return of my vehicle in that it wasn’t washed like Deerfield Toyota d Hendrickson did the work I asked for and while quick I was unimpressed with the return of my vehicle in that it wasn’t washed like Deerfield Toyota does and upon further inspection found 2 greasy hand prints on the hood probably left from when hood was closed.
