Literally every time I come to the service department with an issue I leave either with no solution or an additional problem. I paid to have my breaks done on my last service, left with this horrible gri with an issue I leave either with no solution or an additional problem. I paid to have my breaks done on my last service, left with this horrible grinding noise. Took the car back and of course they state there is nothing wrong. It’s a rip off. So unhappy. Moreover I’m in the market for an additional vehicle and I won’t buy Hendricks because I don’t want to deal with the service department. When the car is under warranty I have resorted to the fact that you guys patch or create issues until warranty. Honestly thank goodness you seek Toyota’s which by and large are a great product or else you wouldn’t have anything to lean on. Luckily for me there are other Toyota dealerships. More

Chris LePorte wrote up my regular oil change and check on systems. I stayed and waited, as he said waiting area was distanced and clean. After an hour and a half my car was done. My 2008 Prius with 76,000 miles just keeps on rolling! Toyotas are built to last. More

Frank and his crew did an awesome job !! Frank explained the whole warranty process associated with the tires. He also delivered the car to me !! It was a wonderful experience—felt like I was on a Cadilla the whole warranty process associated with the tires. He also delivered the car to me !! It was a wonderful experience—felt like I was on a Cadillac Dealership. Chris Laporte took care of the maintenance check On September 15; also a 5 star job !! They found and fixed two things I would not have seen to report!! Both visits enabled me to receive the best service at very reasonable prices!! This means so much to me and others who are on a fixed budget!! Also included in yesterday’s is it was a beautiful car wash!! My car was so shiny as it came around the corner!! Thanks and Kudos to your dealership and staff for being so good and trustworthy to your client eke. More

I’ve been a customer for years and have always had good experiences. Unfortunately this experience was poor. The service rep called me after three hours of my car being dropped off to suggest additional experiences. Unfortunately this experience was poor. The service rep called me after three hours of my car being dropped off to suggest additional services. I then told him I would just do the oil change, even though I had just gotten one three months ago. He insisted it has been too long since my last change which was incorrect it turns out. Another two hours went by and I started calling to see if my car was ready, and I couldn’t get through to the service desk. I then got driven to the service area and began walking around the lot to see my car parked and finished. I went in and paid then drove off. Shortly after that I got a call from the rep saying he must have had the wrong phone number even though he had called me two hours ago. Very frustrating experience!!! More
