The lease on our Cruze was due to end soon, we didn't act on it thinking we will deal with the issue when the time comes. Well we received a call from Debbie Ress from Jennings who is really a wonderful salesperson to deal with, reminding us that our lease was coming due and can she be of any help to us. Leave to Debbie, as in past times she was able to satisfy our every need in a car through her commitment to us and with her great knowledge of the Chevy line of cars. Cannot say enough good things about the level of customer service at Jennings, but let me just share my very last experience: I came to simply requ Cannot say enough good things about the level of customer service at Jennings, but let me just share my very last experience: I came to simply request an appointment regarding some damage to my car and it was late in the evening when most of the staff had left / was leaving. I was immediately attended to by Mac in the Service dept, who was able to (somehow!) immediately get someone to correct the issue. Friendly. Fast. Efficient. Jennings: trust me, you want to give these guys your business - you will NOT be disappointed! More
