A pleasant surprise I recently was a Jennings to repair my car. It turns out the car was in sad shape so I decided to trade it in and purchase a newer used car. From my first call to Shea the receptionist, Chris McElroy in service, Abu my salesman, Lynn Hoffman Upgrade manager and Bob DiCicco the car buying experience was great. They have restored my faith in the buying a car adventure. They listened to what I had to say and worked very had to find the right car and the best deal. The staff at Jenning treats you like you are part of their family. I left feeling good about the whole process which lets face it is very overwhelming. More

Van repair I purchased multiple vehicles here and constantly service my cars there for personal use and business. Yesterday my worker indicated problem (4.45pm) I purchased multiple vehicles here and constantly service my cars there for personal use and business. Yesterday my worker indicated problem (4.45pm) with the van while driving that got me worried as he drives around and didnt want him to get hurt. I didn't want to wait too long for the car to get further damages that i wont be able to drive it to mechanic plus its very busy season. When I called Mac that i need the car repaired asap as its my main working vehicle. He squeezed me last minute and my car was out the door by 8.40pm ready for the morning. Thats the customer service that i needed and received. Getting my cars back to work in that speed is priceless. More

Mac, Jennings Service Manager For the third time in 6 weeks my tire pressure warning light went on during my ride home on Sunday night. Once it was a nail; Once it was a sensor. For the third time in 6 weeks my tire pressure warning light went on during my ride home on Sunday night. Once it was a nail; Once it was a sensor. What would it be this time? On early Monday morning before work, i went to Jennings without an appointment. Mac, one of the Service Managers, was able to squeeze me into Jenning's busy schedule. Jennings diagnosed the problem, a nail in the tire wall. The solution was a new tire. With the tire coming from the warehouse, it would be several hours before the job would be finished. Mac was able to provide a loaner car. i went to work and returned later that afternoon to pick up my car. Mac was able to meet my unscheduled need, solve the car problem and help me minimize lost time at work. Thank you, Mac More

All service has been performed at Jennings which I find superior and at a reasonable cost. My most recent service procedure was on January 13, 2017 and was handled by service consultant Mac McElroy. Mac has handled service procedures for me in the past. Mac is knowledgeable, courteous and professional and has "doing the job right" and customer satisfaction as his top priorities. Thank you Mac. Needed Warranty Work Done - Service Was Great The transmission went bad on my 2011 Equinox. My car had over 112,000 miles on it and fortunately, it was covered by the extended warranty I purchased The transmission went bad on my 2011 Equinox. My car had over 112,000 miles on it and fortunately, it was covered by the extended warranty I purchased from Fidelity when I bought the vehicle. Chris "Mac" McElroy was my service consultant and he worked with me tirelessly to ensure I had a loaner car and worked with Fidelity on getting me the best equipment possible for my vehicle. While my car was in, he noticed I needed the wheels aligned and also took care of that for me. He communicated well every step of the way and I could not be happier with the work done. Mac when above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of at the dealership and with my warranty company. I highly recommend Jennings Chevrolet and Mac for your service needs. More

Every single interaction I've had since purchasing our vehicle with the employees here, including the office ladies who answer the phone and the attendants who bring up your car has been pleasant. I drive 50 minutes out of my way to have my Chevy serviced here. It is well worth the exemplary experience they provide. Jennings Chevrolet is one of the rare dealerships left today that truly show they believe customer relationships matter most. More

Friendly, fast and trusted Mac has worked with our family since 2010/2011, our first purchase of a GM product. Last spring and yesterday we needed passenger mirrors replaced, Ma Mac has worked with our family since 2010/2011, our first purchase of a GM product. Last spring and yesterday we needed passenger mirrors replaced, Mac scheduled an appointment with Jeff, he was involved with both repairs. Mac tells me an hour for the repair and hands me the keys in 45 minutes, both times. I have met three people at your dealership, Mac, Jeff and Jim Walsh. The gentleman I have mentioned in this review are the face of your business, I would consider them irreplaceable. More

Satisfaction beyond my expectations Mac, was just awesome in resolving my problem. He really works for the consumers best interest. I have been to other dealerships where the service is slow and you sit around it seems forever. I live in Glenview and have appreciated Jennings staying in business over the years as so many dealerships have gone out. I see why they have a good reputation. Job well done. More
