Everything from checking price, transmission options, availability, warranty, etc. He took the time and made sure to provide the options available to us. We also explained that we had a brand new baby at home and he was able to coordinate a loaner vehicle so we weren't without a car. He went above and beyond! We also dealt with the ladies in accounting who took our payment. They were so kind and so friendly. The entire staff exudes a high quality of customer service, patience, diligence, and assistance.
