I cannot recommend Bay Ridge Subaru enough. The car buying process can be incredibly stressful and frustrating. My husband and I visited dealerships all around the NYC area. By chance, we saved our loc buying process can be incredibly stressful and frustrating. My husband and I visited dealerships all around the NYC area. By chance, we saved our local dealer for last and are so glad we did. We worked with Chris Malone and he was so kind and helpful. Chris helped us get a great deal on a brand new Subaru Forester and we picked it up two days later. The entire process was quick, efficient, straightforward, and everyone we met with at Bay Ridge Subaru was friendly and professional. We are so happy to have this dealership in our neighborhood and to have the opportunity to work with them. More

Chris Malone - excellent customer service rep Chris Malone has been so helpful throughout this process! He really is customer service minded, very responsive and very friendly. I had one day of Chris Malone has been so helpful throughout this process! He really is customer service minded, very responsive and very friendly. I had one day of frustration with the dealership (nothing to do with him) when I was trying to call him and couldn't get through to him or anyone on the sales team (I think it was a phone service I was reaching?) and I must have called 10 times. However, once I realized (maybe someone could have informed me of this?) that it was best for me to email him and wait for his callback, things went much more smoothly and he was always very quick in getting back to me. More
