I have a 2001 Avalon with over 353000 miles on it. It has 2 temperature control dials…for driver and passenger. Recently, the one on the driver side started to malfunction…it was hard to turn. With cold weather right around the corner, I had to have this fixed. It required a part that has been discontinued by Toyota. So, I made a few calls and was lucky enough to find an entire temperature unit that contained the part in question. Chris had it installed for me today and it works flawlessly. This unit was probably one of the few available in the country!!! Long story short, Chris’ customer service is what keeps me coming back to Roseville Toyota. I have been coming here for years…even for oil changes. They take good care of me and I appreciate it!! More
