Buy out on a lease Everything up to the buy out process was great. I called for an appointment on a Friday to pay off my lease. Was told no appointment needed,Confirmed Everything up to the buy out process was great. I called for an appointment on a Friday to pay off my lease. Was told no appointment needed,Confirmed the amount. Showed up only one other customer there. Chad was great filled out the paperwork,then the waiting game begin. Sat for almost 2 hours to sign 3 things electronic ly. Then waited again to sign 3 pieces of paperwork and out the door in less than 15 minutes after the finance department came in. Chad was great the whole time with conversation and offers of drinks and popcorn. More
