I went into the Nissan building first, I was greeted by Tara who was extremely friendly and professional. She walked me over to the Buick building( I was referred to Bob from a friend). When we walked into that building Thomas greater me and brought me over to Bob's desk. The feeling of friendliness and genuine hospitality is pervasive through out the building. Should have went to Gates Nissan first! I contacted Gates dealership after trying unsuccessfully to purchase a car from a different dealership. I was frustrated and tired of the entire proce I contacted Gates dealership after trying unsuccessfully to purchase a car from a different dealership. I was frustrated and tired of the entire process after my family and I had spent hours sitting in "the other one" while they tried to find the car they had already transferred to a partner dealership. Thinking I would have another unsuccessful go at it, I filled out the finance application on Gates' website. When Martin contacted me, I explained the basics- what I was interested in, what I had to put down and what my trade was. I told him I needed to text or email for contact as I couldn't talk while at work. Martin made the entire process so simple; a few texts and made the visit up to the dealership to sit with Chris and sign papers for my new vehicle! Gates for my approved when the other dealership couldn't! I could not have asked for an easier process, and the only mistake I made was not going to Gates Nissan first! More
