THE BEST experience EVER !!! I just brought home a brand new 2016 Nissan Rogue SV from Gates GMC Buick Nissan. I have either leased or purchased a total of 4 cars recently for I just brought home a brand new 2016 Nissan Rogue SV from Gates GMC Buick Nissan. I have either leased or purchased a total of 4 cars recently for my 2 sons, my wife, and myself. In addition, I had good experiences with the most dealers (Town and Country BMW, Executive Acura, Schaller Honda, etc) because I do not visit the dealerships until I have a firm price in writing and I spend as little time as possible at a dealership. I have to tell you that my experience with this dealership, Gates GMC Buick Nissan was the best, even better than BMW, Acura, and Honda dealerships. My salesman JIM SATALINO was wonderful from start to finish. He gave me a great honest numbers from the start via email/text and had a great communication until I picked up the car today. He even accepted my request to through in all-weather floor mats without giving me hard time. He was very professional, honest and sincere. He is NOT a typical car salesperson and that is a great complement! I also had a great experience with a business manager CHRIS MESSLER. He never pressured me to buy anything extra and he was a gentleman from start to finish. We even talked about our family, etc. In summary, I am 53 years old and purchased/leased many cars and this was the best experience by far with a car dealership. It took less than 2 hours for me today from arrival to driving out with a brand new Rogue. Thank you! More

All problems were addressed by Gates Service (Jeanna and Tim) in a timely and efficient manner. Therefore, through Gates initiation, I met and got to know Mark Koblanski and trade in my 2014 Rogue for a 2016 Rogue. Mark was personable, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and understanding. Mark's knowledge of the product and his presentation was terrific and I'm sure I will call on him again in the future. I'd also like to thank Chris Messier for being so outgoing and helpful when handling my financial processing. Overall, a great experience!! More

I became intrigued with the Acadia. Tara arranged a test drive with a 2016 SLT model (fully loaded) , and more importantly told me GMC was having a special 20% off promotion if purchased by 7/8/16. The car was great, and Tara was immediately available to answer the few questions I had. The purchase and paperwork were seamless. I would recommend Tara and Gates without exception. More
