Met Jarid Lio in the lot, we discussed my needs and price range. Looked at a beautiful used Buick, but a bit over my budget. He mentioned that they actually has a sweet used 2015 Mini on the lot, so we took it for a test drive. Amazed at all the style and engineering changes, but the model was 8 years newer than mine so it is a couple of generations of technology and improvements. Test drove a Nissan that was close to my budget price, but there was no comparison to the Mini! Bought the Mini. JARID DID A SUPERB JOB. The other staff members were engaging, polite and professional without being stiff. It seems like a happy dealership. CAVEAT EMPTOR: at closing and financing they'll offer lots of warrantee options and plans that could add $2,000.00 to the price. I DECLINED ALL OF THEM. Enjoy the bottled water, but pass on the coffee. More

From the moment I met Nate Rameaka I knew he was a person of integrity. He listened to my wish list, combined with my practicality and found the perfect match. In addition, Nate was honest with me. There was no numbers game, in fact, no games at all. He was honest, straightforward and courteous. Chris Messier in finance was also wonderful. Very down to earth, practical and helpful. At no time during my entire experience did I feel pressured or coerced. The facility is clean and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. When I arrived to finalize the paperwork, my car was ready, and Nate spent a good amount of time familiarizing me with the vehicle, including the incredible touchscreen capabilities. If you're in the market for a car, I would highly recommend contacting Nate Rameaka - it will be an experience you'll actually look forward to! More

That was my experience at Gates GMC Buick Nissan in N.Windham. It is a scary feeling to walk into a huge, modern car dealer like Gates especially when you are an old grandma with minimal knowledge about cars. This feeling disappeared when I walked into Gates GMC Buick Nissan. I was treated like a queen by everybody. And I was not buying a high end Corvette but an used med grade car. My sales person was Jarid Leo. Wow! I sit down with him and he studied me like a book by listening carefully and taking notesI I told him exactly what I wanted from my car. After test driving two cars he knew exactly what was the perfect third car he introduced to me. He was right. Jarid made me feel like he was my friend. I never felt hurried or pressed. I was having a good time. Laughing a lot. Jared has a great experience and knowledge about cars and he explained me clearly all the details making sure I had understood . It was obvious that his biggest goal was getting me a car that made me happy. I was also very impressed with the dealer. The whole car sale process was effective and fast.
