Great service provided! Chris Messier went above and way beyond the call of duty in working with me on a very confusing financial matter. Not only did he take my repeated phone calls, but offered to meet with me to sort it all out. Needless to say, it had been a very long day, full of nothing but headaches as I was bounced around by different financial institutions and their phone-trees. I was very tired and just wanted to go home, but Chris offered to meet with me, so I made the quick detour. As usual, everyone at the dealership was very nice; I got a bottle of [much-needed] water as i walked in. Chris was very calm and understanding. He made the phone calls for me, and resolved the entire situation. He printed out specific details for me, as well. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and ability to sense a stressed-out customer's need for stability. He's one of the reasons why I keep coming back to Gates. More

She let me pick the car i wanted without pushing me towards a specific vehicle. It was a busy Saturday when i went to pick up my car. She took the time to make sure i had floor mats and even paired my Bluetooth.
