The atmosphere and staff were much more laid back which took the edge off of what I am sure we all feel in most dealerships. My sales person Tara Rasmus could not have been nicer. She is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles and process which also helps to relax you so you can enjoy the whole experience. The one big noticeable difference with my experience at Gates was the no bull straight to the point no pressure attitude. No games, no going back and forth for hours just straight up let's get it done pricing. Everyone really goes out of their way to not only make you feel comfortable but to make sure your experience is an enjoyable one. Attention to detail was second to none! Many thanks to Tara, Charlie Mannix, Ryan Lapierre and Chris Messier. Professional, courteous and just really nice people to deal with. So glad I made the drive from Rhode Island to Gates. No matter where you are from they are worth the ride. I also want to thank Martin Quinones as my very first communication back in March when I first started considering a new vehicle was with him. He answered all my questions in a knowledgeable and courteous manner. They were very responsive to my inquiries from start to finish.. On two different occasions, Charlie and Nate were able to bring the vehicles to my home because of my work schedule which was a huge plus. We stayed in communication over a several month period which involved phone calls, text messages and emails which was great. Charlie and Nate located the exact 2500 Denali HD that I was looking for and notified me of new arrivals and color options in the time leading up to finding the truck.. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership and selection of trucks that were available. I would definitely recommend to friends, family and co workers to check out Gates! More
