His passion for cars and e-commerce became his catalyst into becoming one of the many outstanding sales agents for DLR. Outside of being a father of five, Chris' greatest achievement is earning three college degrees in computer science. Chris enjoys music, photography, woodworking, and travailing with his family. I came in recently and was surprised by the selection and inventory! Since we purchased our truck from Chris there is no other sales person I would rather work with when purchasing a car or truck. I rank car shopping right up there to visiting a dentist, but Chris made it eas sales person I would rather work with when purchasing a car or truck. Was super excited to see a 10-passenger van for my family of 8. Chris Mikell was super helpful and friendly. No pressure and made sure we could test drive it enough to feel good about it. Kayla was great to work with! We flew in to check out a Durango they had and she even offered to pick us up from the airport. The GM is very nice and understanding. They were not pushy to make the sale, even told us they would pay for our flights home if we weren’t 100% on the vehicle purchase. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Chris was awesome to work with. Emailed day prior requesting info about vehicle. Was told it was still available, put $200 refundable deposit down for 48 hr hold. Came next day h Emailed day prior requesting info about vehicle. Was told it was still available, put $200 refundable deposit down for 48 hr hold. Came next day he had it all ready for me to test out. Gave him keys to my trade in and off I went to test drive. Came back with trade in offer. Fair deal. No pressure sale. I already had financing done but they did try to earn my business for that as well. I was in and out in 2 hours. While waiting we just chatted about kids, life, industry. Little bit of everything. Very easy transaction. I walked their showroom. All the cars appear in excellent condition. If there is something you like you should go check them out. Ask for Chris and I can promise a welcome change from traditional dealerships. Everyone was friendly. S.M. More
