His passion for cars and e-commerce became his catalyst into becoming one of the many outstanding sales agents for DLR. Outside of being a father of five, Chris' greatest achievement is earning three college degrees in computer science. Chris enjoys music, photography, woodworking, and travailing with his family. Can't express enough how Chris Mikell made the buying process smooth and stress free, the way it should be. I had been looking for a certain car in the right price range and with low mileage online. When I came across the one at Dallas Lease Returns and reached out through the website, I got a quick response fro range and with low mileage online. Boy, I'm a little taken aback. .. in a good way! I've bought more vehicles in my lifetime than I'd like to admit. Used ones, new ones, from individuals, used car lots and from deale .. in a good way! I've bought more vehicles in my lifetime than I'd like to admit. Used ones, new ones, from individuals, used car lots and from dealerships. The one thing in common every time is that it was always an unpleasant experience. I can't say that about Chris Mikell and Dallas Lease Returns. This place breaks the used car lot stereotypes in every single way!! I really am in awe at the level of superb customer service. Frankly, I thought that type of treatment was dead and gone about the same time full service gas stations disappeared. Thank you, Chris, for making me believe that buying a used car should be pleasant and stress-free. I had no idea it was possible. You have gained a forever customer!! More

My son and I had a great experience with Chris M!
