His passion for cars and e-commerce became his catalyst into becoming one of the many outstanding sales agents for DLR. Outside of being a father of five, Chris' greatest achievement is earning three college degrees in computer science. Chris enjoys music, photography, woodworking, and travailing with his family. This was by far the best car buying experience I could have imagined. I was helped by two lovely salesmen, Chris and Roel, tirelessly over my 96 hour shop to-purchase-experience, and the results were spec have imagined. Both gentlemen answered any and all questions I had within minutes, and each provided absolute ease in what had previously been an immensely stressful situation. My experience with Dallas Lease Returns, as mentioned above, far exceeded any possible expectations. Chris and Roel constantly acknowledged my concerns, were available for my abundance of questions, and demonstrated the utmost integrity and professionalism throughout our professional relationship. At a time plagued with stressful familial circumstances, what had been a miserable seventh month process prior was an absolute joy. Since moving to Dallas seven years ago, my parents have purchased, sold, or leased every vehicle from this dealership. Having experienced the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle myself, I will never go anywhere else. I have recommended it to all of my family in friends, and will continue to do so. This dealership and its salesmen are profoundly and wonderfully different. It is imperative Dallas Lease Returns be the only place anyone seeks for vehicular needs. A perpetual 10/10 stars! More

I have never had an easier car buying experience than this one. It took awhile for me to find the car I wanted and Chris would send me cars that came in that he thought I would like and kept an eye out f this one. It took awhile for me to find the car I wanted and Chris would send me cars that came in that he thought I would like and kept an eye out for us with new ones coming in. He was very patient with us and made it feel like we were talking to a friend rather than a pushy salesman that you get at most places. His knowledge of cars on the back end is super helpful and I cannot say enough good things about this man and this dealership! Very quick process for all the paperwork and there weren't any crazy fees tacked on to our total cost. We will buy all of our cars from him! More

Dallas Lease Returns had the truck that was advertised at the sale price they stated. Chris Mikell was very easy to deal with.
