Outside of being a father of five, Chris' greatest achievement is earning three college degrees in computer science. Chris enjoys music, photography, woodworking, and travailing with his family. Chris Mikell was my sales agent and his service was outstanding. I had after market wheels on a SL400 which I wanted to install on SL450 ; no problem . My trade-in value was more than expected. My sales agent was Chris Mikel, without his superior work this transaction would not have happened. Chris went beyond the normal in assisting getting my Genesis G70 shipped to Atlanta,GA and retuning my trad this transaction would not have happened. I had a great experience at Dallas Lease Returns. I worked with Chris Mikell. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Purchased a vehicle that was hard to find, and the vehicle w I worked with Chris Mikell. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Purchased a vehicle that was hard to find, and the vehicle was priced fairly. I traveled from out of town to purchase, so I had a hold on the vehicle. I'm sure Chris got several offers while waiting for me to come into town, but he never tried to increase the price or pull any other tricks. He also did not use me traveling into town as leverage. I've had several other dealers do that in the past. The price was what we agreed on a week prior. I also got what I felt was a good value for our trade-in. Overall, I will definitely give them a first look when purchase our next vehicle. We have had the vehicle over a month now, and we are still happy with the purchase. More

I’m not only impressed with the vehicle, but the service I received from my agent Chris M. was great! He was available anytime I had questions, he even came to the shop on his “work from home day”. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was pleasant and helpful. I appreciate that I never felt any pressure to purchase and had the option to put the vehicle on hold to make certain I was making the right choice. The warehouse/shop/dealership is beautiful and full of even more great looking vehicles to choose from. I’ll be expecting another great deal on my next purchase! More
