Purchased a vehicle that was hard to find, and the vehicle was priced fairly. I traveled from out of town to purchase, so I had a hold on the vehicle. I'm sure Chris got several offers while waiting for me to come into town, but he never tried to increase the price or pull any other tricks. He also did not use me traveling into town as leverage. I've had several other dealers do that in the past. The price was what we agreed on a week prior. I also got what I felt was a good value for our trade-in. Overall, I will definitely give them a first look when purchase our next vehicle. We have had the vehicle over a month now, and we are still happy with the purchase. More

I have to say that was the most impactful car buying experience I've ever had. Initially I reached out about a listing on saw on the web for a 4Runner. Chris reached out to me to fill me in. When he did I told him I was just looking around, and I didn't know my exact timetable as I was trying to sell my own car. Now, Chris could have manipulated me into trading it in, and getting me in a new car ASAP. But he didn't. He gave me advice that was more akin to a friend than a dealer. Throughout the process of selling my car, he was there to answer questions, provide guidance, and just check in on how I was doing. It genuinely felt like he was more excited for me that I was able to sell my car for top dollar than he was excited to finally be closer to closing a deal on his end. He welcomed my family and I up to the showroom several times, often at odd hours. He was accomodating not only with his time but his attention to detail, understanding exactly what I was looking for. He never tried to upsell me. Now that's not to say he never laid out all the options, but he never pushed me in a direction where I felt he was taking advantage of me. It's because of Chris that I never really even considered another dealer. I truly felt like I could trust him, and he never said or did anything to give me reason not to. Not only would I reach back out to Chris for any vehicle needs in the future, but I would reccomend him and Dallas Lease Returns to my friends and family. When we were done, he asked for a review. But he didn't need to. After the experience I had over the last few months, I was anxiously to write one of my own accord. He deserved a glowing review and would have gotten one regardless.
