I paid for the reserve view and we communicated with Chris over the phone with ease till I made my way to Dallas. I came in with financial approval, so with emails Chris and my credit union took care of the rest. I just had to see it, test drive it, and then I signed for it. Seriously, no pressure and everything was prepared in advance just in case I said yes... which of course I did! The whole transaction was honest, fast, prepared, easy, and painless. We bought our second vehicle from DLR and Chris Mikell was just as great to work with as the last time. We bought a '13 Lincoln MKX last year and it has had no problems at all.
