We bought a 2021 Atlas last August. It has had to be serviced 3 times and it still isn’t complete. We have another appointment on Feb. 22nd for a new module to be replaced. The service center tells us serviced 3 times and it still isn’t complete. We have another appointment on Feb. 22nd for a new module to be replaced. The service center tells us all checks out fine and with more discussion from us they finally decide to do something. Hopefully they are doing the right thing. Also have had problems with the brakes, they apparently cleaned the brake rotors, then replaced the front and rear pads. Brakes still squeaking some. Other problems take several conversations to be addressed. It would also be helpful to have someone who is knowledgeable to help us with the features so we can use them. Haven’t been able to get there yet. We had scheduled an appointment for service that took over a month to get in. When we took it in for the appointment we were told it would be about a week to bellowed at. What good dues an appointment do. We were told they were behind. We left it so the it could be looked at, no offer for a loaner available. More

Update: The floor mats were shipped to my home. Finance Director, Tom Romolo, reached out to me regarding the payoff issue, and I was able to determine that the issue was with Toyota Financial, not Tynan's Director, Tom Romolo, reached out to me regarding the payoff issue, and I was able to determine that the issue was with Toyota Financial, not Tynan's. So, apart from leaving my co-borrower off the lease, my material complaints have been resolved. Original Review: I leased a 2022 Atlas SEL Premium R-Line in late December. The online sales process was great. Katelynn gave me a quote, I submitted my finance application and scheduled a time to go to the dealership to sign paperwork and pick up the car. Unfortunately, everything went down hill from there. While signing the paperwork, I learned that they did not include my co-applicant on the lease. I let it slide since I qualify on my own and didn’t want to delay the process. But we typically do everything jointly and I would’ve liked to have both of our names on the lease. After getting the car home, I noticed that two items listed on the window sticker were missing - floor mats and a cargo cover - about $500 worth of accessories. I spoke to Mario and he said to come down to the dealership and he’d take care of me. So I made the 45 minute drive to the dealership thinking I would pick up the missing items and be on my way. But Mario wanted to search through the vehicle as if he thought I was lying or was somehow overlooking something. Once he was satisfied that the items weren’t in the car, he had me wait outside in the cold while he went off to find my missing accessories. He found the cargo cover fairly quickly, but the floor mats were more elusive. At one point he came out with a nasty-looking pair of very obviously used, dog-hair covered mats and tried to put them in the car. They were for a different model, so he abandoned that idea and let me know that he would have to order a set of mats and I’d have to make the 1.5 hour round trip drive at some undetermined time in the future to pick them up. For a >$50k car, I would expect better solutions. Finally, today I discovered that my trade-in still has not been paid off. It has been over 3 weeks now. Overall, I am very unimpressed and would not recommend Tynan’s. More
