I was also impressed with their people, including their Managers. I was introduced to my sales person Chris Nails and I explained my desires with regard to a car and also my financial needs. Chris researched their inventory and showed me a number of cars that fit my needs. I am a car person and found Chris to be very knowledgeable with respect to each car and how they would or would not meet my needs. I Purchased a 2007 MB CLK 350 and was completely satisfied with the total experience. I will recommend Chris and this Dealership to anyone I know that is looking to buy a car! More

My overall experience was Great, I haven’t bought a car in over 15+ years, and is was nice to come in and be treated with respect and not be hounded with sales staff. I found this dealership on line, Chris Nall responded back to set up a time to come in and take a look at the Audi A4 I was interested in. I later came down to the dealership, Chris was busy with another customer and I was introduced to Berrin Bigot, and the rest is history. I ended up buying the 2005 Audi A4 I looked at. Berrin was able to answer every question I had regarding the car, we took it for a test drive and when we came back it was dealing time, I was given my options and everything was good. So I look forward in dealing with a Dealership that really takes pride in making sure that everyone that comes in to look and even buy an automobile or has the cars serviced, that everyone is treated with respect. More

This was the worst car buying experience of my life, these people give Mercedes and Chevrolet a bad name... They will promise you the world, "yeah we can get you in that car" and they will, it's called these people give Mercedes and Chevrolet a bad name... They will promise you the world, "yeah we can get you in that car" and they will, it's called "Yo-Yo Financing" they will get you in whatever car you like and then over the next TWO WEEKS they will run your credit umpteen times and then they call you and tell you no go you will have to return the vehicle. After all this running of your credit do not expect to go somewhere else and get a car, way too many hard inquiries on my credit now... Then the owner tells me "well look at it this way, you got to drive a cool car fro a couple weeks and now you get yours back all cleaned up and full of gas" well when i got my car back it was filthy and on empty! These people will tell you anything you want to hear, they lie! Not to mention when i asked the owner "Well can i just keep it until the weekend is over and we will take care of this Monday", he tells me "Absolutely not, if you do not return the car today i will keep your down payment, keep your traded car and report the new car stolen!" a straight up threat... So obviously i complied, he tells me" someone will be out with your car and drive the corvette back to the dealership". After many hours of waiting the kid finally showed up with my traded car (a 2013 Camaro) he then left with the Corvette and took it back to the dealership. I get a call a few hours later asking if the Corvette had been in a wreak! I tell him "No way, i only had it 2 weeks and didn't even get to take it out of town, only to work and back, he then goes on to tell me the front end is loose and there is a scratch in the hood... Feakn shady people work at this place, and the shadiest seemed to be the owner... Not to mention the finance guy Arron, he told me the previous dealership i bought my Camaro, he tells me they are crooks and he knows that because he used to work there, well then i see the paperwork to sign to leave with the car. They added like $10,000 to the price of the car i was buying! He tells me "this is just how it always is so the banks don't ask questions" see what i mean about shady people work here... Save yourself some time and save yourself the emotional distress and do not buy a vehicle here, you will regret it! More

From beginning to ALMOST the end, the experience was awesome.The beginning the service was great, the response was great, and everyone involved were great. BUT when I went to pick up the vehicle, and this was after I signed the paperwork two days earlier, I was extremely dissapointed that there were a number of small issues not done. The car was not detailed in the least. It may have been washed on the outside but definitely not detailed. There was only a quarter tank of gas in the vehicle. I went to use the windshield wipers, on the first day I drove it, and they need replacing in a big way. I've never bought a used vehicle before so maybe this is the way it's done but I would have had a better ending if these small issues were taken care of before I picked it up. More
