Chris responded quickly and answered all our questions and had the car cooled off and pulled up next to the building when we arrived.The buying process was low stress and friendly.We declined the protection package and there wasn't any high pressure sales pitch (thank you).We already had a loan approved with our bank but Dustin Johnson in Finance was able to arrange a lower APR with a CBB lender. Horrible - Stay Away!!! Long story short, I will never do business with Certified Benz & Beemer again. I certainly will not recommend this place to any of my friends or famil Long story short, I will never do business with Certified Benz & Beemer again. I certainly will not recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Below is the entire experience we had with CBB - The shopping experience was quite easy and simple. I found the car I liked online and I sent an inquiry. Chris Nall texted/emailed me back and invited me to the dealer. We went to the dealer knowing the make and model of the car we were interested. Since Chris, the person who initially reached out to us was busy, a sales person named Andy helped us. At that time, we were informed that the car I was interested at was just sold. So Andy showed us another one. Due to the requirements we had, we did not waste much of time to make a decision. We test drove one car and decided to purchase it. Then we were instructed to the finance department. We waited for an hour or so to get our turn to go through the finance even though we indicated to bring in our own credit union. That was not the best experience we had with dealer finance but it was acceptable as they need to make money… The fun part started right after we drove the car off the lot. On our way home, the engine check light was on. We called Andy back and he could not explain anything or offer any help but to refer us to the Mercedes-Benz dealer in town. No a big deal since the car was still under manufacturing warranty. I made the appointment the next day and got my car checked and replaced the air pressure sensor in right front tire since that was missing. 2 weeks later, the engine light was on again, I brought it to the Mercedes-Benz dealer and had to replace turbo in the car. Thank god the car is still under manufacturing warranty! Over one month after we purchased the car, 39 days to be exact, I was contacted by the dealer as they miscalculated my title and registration fees. So I had to pay for additional $151.59… It has been 7 days since I paid for the differences. I am now still waiting for my registration although I clearly asked them to mail it to me ASAP. I did bring this up and question the dealer in regards to whether or not they actually inspect their cars before they sell them? The answer I got from the General Manager, Lee, was of course “Yes all cars are inspected and all services are brought up to date.” Well, how come you did not even notice the missing air pressure sensor? But what else should I expect him to say?! In addition, the car could use some paint to touch it up. Although Certified Benz & Beemer offer such services, the scheduling is pain in the butt. After three failed attempts and all these unacceptable customer services, we decided not to bother it. More
