I started the process via the internet and that went way better then I could have expected, quick response, professional responses and even phone calls to confirm meetings and appointments. The entire buying process was simple, transparent and quick with him which was incredibly appreciated. He valued my trade-in higher than the other dealerships and gave me a great deal on my new Mini! Overall, I would recommend anyone to go purchase a car from Chris because they will be given an experience unlike most at regular dealerships. No pressure sales and the price is the price Came in one evening just before closing and Chris Beaman was happy to show me the car I was interested in. The next morning I was hooked up with Chris Came in one evening just before closing and Chris Beaman was happy to show me the car I was interested in. The next morning I was hooked up with Chris Nall, completed the online application, came down to the dealership, drove the car, and made the deal. What I realized later is that I bought the cheapest car on the lot and I was treated like I was buying Bentley. Afterwards, Chris took me across the street to meet with Travis Walters to finish up the paperwork, Travis is a math wiz and explained some things to me that I did not understand.
