This is my third Lexus new vehicle purchase from Westside Lexus in about 2 years. My new vehicle purchase started in service this time with several unforeseen and unfortunate events that took place on m Lexus in about 2 years. Mr. Nemoto (Service Advisor) is always professional and pleasant to deal with and prepared everything in detail for my service visit. My service visit did not go as planned and at the beginning I was very disappointed. Jeremy Reardon (Shop Foreman) was courteous to deal with and sympathetic to my concerns and did his best to correct the issue. Not to go into details but to reiterate my last new car purchase review....Mr. Michael Lorch (Service Manager) always follows through with promises and does a very thorough investigation concerning customer claims. He turned my lemon service visit into a delicious lemonade! Westside Lexus service is excellent! I was able to again meet with Ms. Chong Lee (Sales consultant) who is quite knowledgeable about the new and pre-owned vehicles and treats me like family. Mr. Ty Stanberry (Pre-Owned Sales Director) always has a smile on his face and is extremely nice to deal with. Always a pleasure! I also was able to spend time with Mr. James Breaux (General Sales Manager) who I have the highest admiration for his management skills, patience in dealing with the difficult/particular customers like me and just being a very nice but professional person. Mr. Nam Pham (Financial Advisor) sold me my first Lexus along with Ms. Lee. He took time out of his busy schedule to talk with me and drive in my new vehicle, made me laugh as usual and then took my money ( to pay for my new Vehicle). Mr. Travis Buck (Technology Specialist) knows his new Lexus vehicles! He went over all the new features on my new Lexus and set up my phone application so I can monitor everything on my new Lexus. My experience with Westside Lexus and personnel is top notch. I highly recommend any new vehicle customer, pre owned vehicle customer or Service customer to save money and time go directly to Westside Lexus. They are the best! More

I had another great experience at Westside Lexus. My sales consultant Choung Lee was wonderful to work with during my second vehicle purchase from her. Ty Stanberry (Pre-Owned Sales Director) was sales consultant Choung Lee was wonderful to work with during my second vehicle purchase from her. Ty Stanberry (Pre-Owned Sales Director) was great to work with and even though I didn’t purchase a pre-owned vehicle Mr. Stanberry still gave a great recommendation to the new car department for me as well as giving me a great amount for my trade-in vehicle. (Respect) James Breaux (General Sales Manager) completed all of the vehicle purchase for me and Ms. Lee while she was away for family. Mr. Breaux was instrumental toward my great experience with Westside Lexus. I have only met a handful of people that I know who lead by example as a upper manager and Mr. Breaux is definitely one of them! Travis Buck (Delivery Specialist) showed me every vehicle that I wanted to look at and allowed me to test drive a couple of demo vehicles to make sure of a best fit for me. Dom Thornton (Delivery Specialist) gave a great presentation and demonstrated all the features on my new vehicle. Both of them will make great Sales Consultants. Christian Davidson (Lead Financial Service Manager) made my payment for my new vehicle quick and easy. Nam Pham (Financial Manager) made me laugh again. The service department had to help out with my new vehicle purchase due to a unforeseen issue with my vehicle. Chris Nemoto (Service Consultant) whom I have been taking my previous Lexus vehicle to for service is always pleasant to work with, respectful and gets results. Michael Lorch (Service Department Manager) always follows through on his promises. Lexus in general is one of the best rated vehicle companies and I do like my vehicle a lot but more importantly are the personnel that are listed above and many others that I have not met that make Westside Lexus a great place to do business with. Another completely satisfied Westside Lexus customer! More
