Two family members bought cars and John Roscino was our salesman. He was very honest. He took his time to explain everything very thoroughly. Had an absolutely great experience. Terrel was great from the first phone call to purchasing the car and he genuinely went above and beyond. His communication with me was flawless through the process and tha the first phone call to purchasing the car and he genuinely went above and beyond. His communication with me was flawless through the process and that meant alot to me. I look forward to working with him again in the future. My recent service visit went great as well. Chris was a pleasure to work with. He's extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated him taking time to answer all my questions. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Lexus of orange county.
